Aloha and Mahalo for your interest in Food For The Soul.. We were established by our Chef Rob Digman in January 2004. He began our journey on Maui by private chefing and doing intimate catered events all over the island. In January 2005 Tina Fligor joined the team and they opened their café in Wailuku while growing their catering business. In June 2006 they started catering for private jets and continued their successful catering business. In May 2007 Rob and Tina joined their personal lives and became husband and wife. They welcomed their daughter Maya-Angel into their lives in November 2007. To date they continue catering many successful events all over Maui and private jets.

Rob Digman has been catering on Maui for three years and has had a great following ever since. Rob was professionally trained in New York City. He has worked for catering companies on 5th Avenue, Time Square, and was director of catering for the Historical Branch of the Smithsonian Museums in Washington, D.C., to list a few of his achievements. He has a passion for food and service. His abilities range from elegant luaus to sit down French menus.

His partner is Tina Fligor-Digman. Tina has been in the Food and Beverage industry since the age of 16. She has experience in managing high end food operations and insuring every guest need is met. Her eye for detail and incredible sense of urgency will insure your event will be seamless.
